Cargo seat containers are used for air freight of mail and small parcels in the passenger cabin without changing the seat-arrangement in the aircraft. The seat container allows easier loading and unloading procedures due to its construction (additional pockets on the headrest).
The webbing arrangement is such that the containers can be fastened and locked to the seat rails. All webbings are equipped with fittings for tensioning as required. The openings of the containers are covered by flaps and secured by straps. The containers are made of flame-resistant fabric.
According to the Type Cert. the seat containers will be delivered with Form 1.
